Jennifer joined Accenture in January 1998, after graduating from UMIST, within the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) global service line, and worked as a functional designer and developer, team lead and solution architect, and latterly as a project and programme manager. Projects ranged from end to end software implementations from conceptual design to training & roll out, process re-engineering and change management programmes, as well as developing new business, selling or assisting in the sale of multi-million dollar transformational projects. She was also extremely active internally at Accenture; interviewing graduates, leading and assisting in company-wide initiatives, and presenting at internal meetings. She received awards for client excellence, driving employee engagement and was consistently rated outstanding in performance reviews.
