Achievements included:
- Designing, building and achieving certification of the worlds first MEF certified solution to be delivered over microwave radio. 
- Designed and built a 50 site very high availability Ethernet network to act as the primary services for 27 major regional hospitals in the South West Alliance of Rural Health (SWARH)
- 3rd level engineering support for a nationwide network with multi-homed internet connections using BGP and over 1000 nodes.
