Desktop Support Analyst/Second Line Support/L2 Support required to work onsite five days a week with a large global business based in Dublin. You will provide desktop support in the office as well as on the phone.

This is a twelve month fix term contract with a strong possibility of becoming permanent at a salary of €35,000 to €40,000 (depending on experience)

Key responsibilities:

  • Install and configure operating systems and software
  • Maintaining PCs to company standards
  • Bug fixes

Required skills and experience:

  • Previously provided 1st and 2nd line IT support
  • Experience in hardware fixes
  • SCCM
  • Active Directory
  • Microsoft Exchange
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Experienced working in a customer service role
