Service Delivery Manager required to meet end-user demands, solve customer problems, and drive client satisfaction.
This is a 6 month fix term contract with the potential to go permanent. It is a fully office based role with some travel in the Essex area required.
Key requirements:
- Monitoring and managing desktop support, IT service desks.
- Maintaining high performance levels for service-related processes.
- Ensuring that systems, procedures, and methodologies are in place to support outstanding service delivery
- Taking accountability for service delivery performance and meeting customer expectations.
- Recommending methods of improvement and seeing that actions are implemented on time for service delivery upgrades
- Leading personnel management, including staff recruitment, performance assessment, training, and mentoring
- Supervising desktop management teams to facilitate continual improvements in the desktop environment
Required skills and experience:
- Strong service management skills (such as ITIL, and best practices).

- Excellent technical knowledge.
- You must have a full UK driving licence to be applicable for this role.
