Description

Service Delivery Manager required to meet end-user demands, solve customer problems, and drive client satisfaction.

This is a 6 month fix term contract with the potential to go permanent. It is a fully office based role with some travel in the Essex area required.

Key requirements:

  • Monitoring and managing desktop support, IT service desks.
  • Maintaining high performance levels for service-related processes.
  • Ensuring that systems, procedures, and methodologies are in place to support outstanding service delivery
  • Taking accountability for service delivery performance and meeting customer expectations.
  • Recommending methods of improvement and seeing that actions are implemented on time for service delivery upgrades
  • Leading personnel management, including staff recruitment, performance assessment, training, and mentoring
  • Supervising desktop management teams to facilitate continual improvements in the desktop environment

Required skills and experience:

  • Strong service management skills (such as ITIL, and best practices).
  • Team management experience.
  • Strong client relationship management skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Continuous improvement skills.
  • Excellent technical knowledge.
  • You must have a full UK driving licence to be applicable for this role.
